Three sampling rounds over 4 weeks. Each round was reviewed for fit, proportion, construction and finish; materials and detailing adjusted between rounds until every piece was signed off
Tech packs, costing & timeline
Locked tech packs, bill of materials and per-unit costing from the approved samples. Production schedule agreed before the first cut
