Silhouette development
Developed a gender-neutral track-jacket silhouette with structure but no stiffness. Placed OGT's thread-logo embroidery and set the button and closure details
Material curation & colourway lock
Chose 270 GSM hemp canvas for the shell and eco-printed linen-cotton for the lining. Locked three colourways: Grey, eco-dyed Blue with botanical imprints, and ivory White. Thread and button finishes matched to each
Sampling & fit
Three rounds over two months. Each round reviewed for fit, structure and finish, with eco-print and dye results checked on the fabric before sign-off
Tech packs, costing & timeline
Locked tech packs, care labels, bill of materials and tiered pricing from the approved samples. Production schedule agreed before the first cut
Production, QC & Delivery
250 Axis jackets and 400 Renegade jackets made in audited partner workshops spanning 2 seasons. Every piece quality-checked, then shipped ready to sell or reorder.
